I installed nukeationMachine, but the menu command or the window does not show up.
Run the Visual Studio 2008 Command Prompt from the Start Menu, and enter the following command:
        devenv.exe /setup
Run Visual Studio now and you will see the menu item under the Tools menu.

How do I uninstall nukeationMachine?
The pre-release version does not have a formal uninstall function. To remove the add-in without deleting your content, delete the following file:

To remove nukeationMachine entirely, delete the following folder:
C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\Nukeation\Machine\1.0

In Visual Studio, go to Tools Menu > Add-in Manager. Uncheck the checkbox in the Startup column of nukeationMachine.

nukeationMachine Beta 3 is not officially supported on non-English installations of Visual Studio 2008, however we have seen it work without problems on several non-English installations.
